*our policy is to infill lashes at 2-3 weeks because we care about the health of your natural lash. Your natural lashes have a 4-6 week cycle. We need to perform maintenance no more than half way through your cycle to prevent lashes becoming over weighted as the lashes grow out.
Going over this time will incur extra charges for a longer appointment or result in less lashes being applied due to the extra time needed removing old lashes.
This also applies for lash cleaning. Dirty lashes require more prep time therefore we will have less time to lash or we will need extra time which will incur a charge.
